The third Monday of each month (except January) has been set aside to meet with you and have a conversation to understand your situation. You may schedule an appointment by emailing careteam@chapelrock.org. Appointment times are available between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

You will know at your appointment if Chapel Rock will be able to assist you. Regardless of whether you receive financial assistance or not, you will not be able to be seen again for three months (90 days). We do not have cash on hand during the meetings. If it is determined you will receive financial assistance from Chapel Rock, it will be in the form of a check made payable to the utility or paid via the phone from our offices.  

• Driver’s license or government-issued identification card

• You must bring with you any invoices, electric bill, gas bill, etc. We cannot process any payment without your “support” materials/paperwork. We do have the capability of making copies on site.

• Invoices must be in the name of the person requesting assistance.

•    It is acceptable to email copies of your invoices to careteam@chapelrock.org BEFORE your appointment time. Copies must include your name and address, the full account number, and the amount due. We are unable to use invoices on your phone for consideration.

• Dates of birth for all persons living in your household.
