COMMUNITY
CARE MINISTRY

Our Community Care Ministry is focused on a practical approach to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the whole person. One way we are called to fulfill this mission is by helping those who are in need, including financial counseling, limited monetary assistance, resource referrals, and practical assistance in a variety of other areas.

If you need financial assistance, we now require you first visit your local Trustee’s office before coming to Community Care at Chapel Rock. If they are unable to help you, please schedule an appointment and bring your letter from the Trustee indicating they were unable to assist you when you come.
