Lent Guide

Lent is a time to reflect and prepare for Easter. A time where Jesus purchased us back from the darkness, and broke the power of sin. Chapel Rock’s own Seana Scott has prepared a resource for you to guide you in this time of humble confession and repentance. We hope that you’ll use this resource to draw closer to Jesus as you prepare your heart to celebrate the most significant moment in our faith.

Good Friday Service

Join us on April 7th from 7-8 PM in the Worship Center for a time of guided prayer and reflection as we remember Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. Jesus, who knew no sin, took our sin on Himself so we wouldn’t have to pay the penalty. It’s good news. Dead. Buried. But not over.

Frequently Asked Questions

If it's your first time at Chapel Rock, you are our honored guest.

Here are a few frequently asked questions to help you plan your visit.

  • Whether you are coming for your first or hundredth time, we are eager to welcome you to Chapel Rock. At our Easter services you’ll enjoy:

    • A dynamic worship experience (approximately 75 minutes)
    • A casual atmosphere
    • Powerful live music
    • Relevant and practical teaching from the Bible

We encourage you to dress how you want. You don’t have to be a certain age, have a certain background or pretend to be anyone but yourself. This is a place where imperfect people connect with God and are encouraged to find wholeness through Jesus. No matter where you are in your faith or life, you are welcome here.

  • We reserve parking spots for our first time guests, so if you're new to Chapel Rock, be sure to look for spots labeled "Guest Parking".

As you're walking to the building, our greeting team will meet you and show you where to find the auditorium, restrooms, and kid's ministry. If you need anything throughout the day, feel free to stop by the Information Center desk. Or, just ask anyone with a Chapel Rock lanyard or name tag. We’re a friendly bunch, and we’d love to serve you.

  • Services last about one hour and 10 minutes. We usually start by singing three to four songs. Then the speaker preaches. If you want to see our preaching style, check out our current series.

If you’re visiting for the first time, you’ll want to give yourself a few extra minutes to stop by the Next Step room after the service. You are a very important person to us! We’d love to meet you, answer any questions you may have.

  • Don't feel like you have to dress up. Most people wear casual attire, but you are welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable.
