Second Annual Chapel Rock Block Party
Chapel Rock will host its second annual Block Party on Saturday, May 23, from 5 to 7 p.m. Use the invitation in today’s bulletin to invite someone you know who needs to be shown the love of Jesus in a tangible way!
Block Party Volunteers Meeting
If you volunteered for the Block Party in any capacity other than food, please plan to attend one of two volunteer meetings this Tuesday, May 19, at either 10 a.m. or 6 p.m. Both meetings will be in the Chapel. If you volunteered for Food Prep or Food Service, Mindy Turpen has emailed you!
The Last Two Sundays in May
Next Sunday, May 24, services will be online only at the regular times, 9:15 and 11 a.m. The last Sunday, May 31, is a family Sunday. Students and children will worship with their parents. The nursery will be open, but not staffed.
Welcome to the Rock
Would you like to learn more about Chapel Rock? Attend our Welcome to the Rock luncheon on Sunday, June 7, at 12:30 p.m. in Fellowship Hall. This is a chance to meet Lead Pastor Casey Scott and listen as he shares the vision for our church and our community. Register by calling the church office at 317-247-9739.
Bottles for Babies - Pick one up today!
Pick up a baby bottle or two at the changing table in the Foyer and fill it with change, bills, or a check (made to Life Centers). Bring it back no later than Sunday, June 21, (Father’s Day) to help Life Centers of Indiana change the lives of mothers and babies.
Gift Baskets for the Block Party
Gift baskets being donated for the Block Party can be brought to the church office Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by Monday, May 18. Thank you for your generosity!
A Spirit of Generosity
How have you seen your generosity bless someone? How have you seen someone be blessed by the generosity of Chapel Rock? How have you been blessed by the generosity of someone at Chapel Rock? We want to hear your stories! Whether in writing or in a video, whether using your name or keeping your story anonymous, these stories are important! If you have a story you’d like to share, please call the church at 317-247-9739, or email Julie Van Duzer at jvanduzer@chapelrock.org.
