Easter at Chapel Rock

Good Friday, April 3, doors will open at 5 p.m. for an interactive, family-friendly, Stations of the Cross through art, sound, and hands-on moments. Good Friday service begins at 7 p.m. Sunday, April 5, celebrate the victory of Jesus and the hope and new life He offers at our 9:15 or 11 a.m. service. Chapel Rock Sojourners

This fall, the Sojourners will travel to Niagara Falls and Toronto, Canada, from Monday, September 14, to Friday, September 18. The cost, based on double occupancy, is $760 per person, which includes motorcoach transportation, four nights lodging, four breakfasts, four dinners, and guided tours to Niagara Falls and the Toronto area. Chapel Rockets Seniors Ministry Events

This Tuesday, March 24, is Movie Day in the Family Room at 1 p.m. Please bring a movie snack to share. Enter door #3. This Wednesday, March 25, is Lunchtime Care & Share at noon in the Chapel. Please bring your own lunch and beverage. Enter door #16.

Next Sunday is a Fifth Sunday

Next Sunday is a Family Worship Sunday. Children and students will worship with their parents. The nursery will be open, but unattended.

Failing Forward T-Shirts

T-Shirts are still available by coming to the church office Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Cash or check. Shirts are $10 each. Only size L and XL are available.

Homeless Ministry Needs

The Homeless Ministry is in great need of blankets and comforters. Items can be placed in the DropZone bin in the Foyer. Other needed items are: baby wipes, socks, t-shirts, razors, deodorant, tooth paste and tooth brushes, shampoo, and body wash/soap.

Food Pantry Requests

Chapel Rock’s Food Pantry operates on the first and third Thursdays each month. Both monetary and non-perishable food donations are welcomed! Food donations may be placed in the DropZone bin in the Foyer. Contact Cindy West at 215-570-8578 if you would like to serve with the Food Pantry.
