Reception for Pastor Daniel Brown - Today

Immediately following second service today, lunch and dessert will be served in Fellowship as we gather to wish Daniel the best in this next chapter of his life and to show him how much we love and appreciate him and his time of ministry at Chapel Rock.

 

Splash Pad Sunday - Today

Our preschool friends and their parents are invited to Washington Township Park in Avon (115 South 575 East) today from 4 to 5 p.m. for a splashing good time!

 

Lemonade Anyone? - Today

Isaiah 117 House is a Chapel Rock-supported ministry for children who are entering the foster care system. Visit their lemonade stand in the Foyer, and purchase a nice cool glass of lemonade to support these children! (cash only)

 

Mission Indy Donations and Assistance Needed

Mission Indy is hosting over 100 students and adults the week of July 19. Donations help keep it affordable for groups to attend. Chip in for Chapelwood

School supplies are needed by our young friends at Chapelwood Elementary. Pick up a list at the Welcome Desk and as you’re able, purchase any of the items listed and return them to the bin in the Foyer no later than Sunday, July 12. Thank you for your generosity!

The next 13-week session begins on Monday, July 6, with two identical sessions,10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. in WC 110. Registration and workbook are $20. Bible Collection to Spread the Gospel

Chapel Rock is partnering with Bible Runners to get Bibles into the people's hands and the Gospel of Jesus into their hearts. Donate a Bible or Bibles (in any condition) by leaving them in the DropZone bin in the Foyer. To help cover shipping costs, please place a $1 bill as an easily-seen bookmark in each Bible. Our goal is 300 Bibles! 

 

Operation Christmas Child Item Collection

The item of the month for June is personal items. This may include individual washcloths, toothbrushes, non-liquid deodorant, rain ponchos, non-disposable drinking cups, flashlights/batteries, or bandanas. Soap of any kind can no longer be accepted. Women’s Ministry Summer Reading

Join the Women’s Ministry this summer, reading daily through the book of Genesis chapters 1 through 11. Starting June 1, and ending August 7. The reading will follow Pastor Casey's sermon series, Origin Story. Pick up a copy at the Welcome Desk or scan the QR Code.

 

20/20/20 Service

Join us Sunday evening, July 12, at 6 p.m. in the Chapel for 20/20/20 - 20 minutes of teaching, 20 minutes of worship and 20 minutes of prayer. Enter at door #16. Kids are welcome, as this can be a very intentional time of family faith formation. 

 

Food Pantry Requests

Chapel Rock’s Food Pantry operates on the first and third Thursdays  monthly. Gift of non-perishable food as well as monetary are essential. Place food donations in the DropZone bin in the Foyer. To volunteer, contact Cindy West at 215-570-8578.
