CommReq is short for Communications Request

Chapel Rock’s Communications Department seeks to help the Whole Community be Whole in Christ through clear and effective communication.

This process and guide will help you think through your needs as we partner together to create a communication plan, so you can focus on what you do best—ministering to others.

Step One

Submitting a CommReq Form

The goal of the CommReq form is to gather details about you, the ministry you are serving in, and a project description so the Communications Dept. can best serve you. We recommend checking out the resources at the bottom of this page to best get acquainted with Chapel Rock's Promotions and Brand Standards.

If you have any questions check out our FAQ page or feel free to contact us, we're here to help!

Step Two

Your CommReq will enter review

After you submit your CommReq, the Communications Department will review it and get back to you if we have any questions or there's information that prevents us from proceeding.

We may recommend a consult with our team for events and large projects. This gives our team time to pray with you, understand the direction, audience, and deliverables for your project or event. A consult will include the staff member that oversees your ministry area, the Media Director, and you!

If everything looks good, your CommReq will be entered into our project status system, ClickUp and you'll receive an email update.

Step Three

Production Begins

This is the part where you can sit back and relax!

We'll get started creating deliverables at least 4 weeks out from your requested in-hand date. You'll be notified via the email provided on the initial CommReq with a proof of the work. This is a time to make sure we are on track and can make any amends if needed.
